Waleed Khanani has broad experience in real estate accounting across multiple asset classes, corporate accounting, audit, and finance spanning over 10+ years.

At Salthill, Waleed leads all financial strategy, financial reporting compliance, risk and performance management, as well as financial operational efficiency.

Before joining Salthill, Waleed worked in audit and assurance for the real estate division of one of Canada’s big four accounting firms. In this role, he managed a team of 10 team members who collectively oversaw one of Canada’s largest real estate audit clients.

Waleed holds both CA and CPA designation.
