Cathal O’Connor’s experience spans over 30 years in the real estate industry. He has extensive experience owning and managing all real estate asset classes.

As Chief Executive Officer, Cathal is responsible for the strategic direction and performance at Salthill.

Prior to joining Salthill, Cathal was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest pension fund real estate companies, directing a team of 150 professionals.

Cathal holds an FCPA designation. As an active ICSC member, Cathal serves as an ICSC Foundation Mentor.
